Return & Refund Policy (Agro Seeds, Dry Fruits & Whole Spices)

  • Due to the nature of perishable and agricultural food products, all items are generally non-returnable once delivered.
  • Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product is received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
  • After verification, eligible cases will be approved for replacement or refund.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for claim approval.
  • No return or refund will be provided for issues arising due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • The final decision on approval of return or refund rests with the support team after inspection.
